Peer review by re-execution

The verdict comes from running it again.

Reviewers re-execute a submission against the protocol registered before anything ran. The verdict is computed from that re-execution, and every event is appended to a hash-chained ledger.

Register

The protocol, inputs, bands and seeds are frozen before the first run.

Re-execute

The registered matrix runs again. A run that never answered stays missing.

Adjudicate

The engine computes the verdict. Partial coverage cannot be published as a pass.
